Dr. Latha G Ravindran  is an experienced and highly resourceful medical professional with over 30 years of expertise in emergency care and maternal-child health. With a deep commitment to continuous learning and a practical approach to healthcare, Dr. Latha has built a long-standing career providing high-quality care across various medical specialties, particularly in emergency medicine and obstetrics & gynecology.

Her extensive career began in 1983 with her MBBS degree from Thirunelveli Medical College. For over 25 years, Dr. Latha has been an integral part of the St. Johns hospital’s emergency department, demonstrating expertise in managing a wide array of urgent medical conditions with a clear and structured approach. During this period, she has also contributed significantly to the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department.

Alongside her emergency medicine career, Dr. Latha has developed a strong specialization in sonology, focusing on gynecological and obstetric ultrasound. With 18 years of experience as a Sonologist, she is known for her sharp diagnostic skills and proficiency in conducting and interpreting ultrasound scans to support women’s health and maternal care.
