Hemodialysis
Considering the increasing number of patients with kidney diseases requiring haemodialysis and their difficulties in getting it done, a hemodialysis unit was started on 29th October 2009 at St. John’s Hospital in association with the Rotary Club, Kattappana Heritage. The Unit has been started to provide this service free of cost as many of the patients are too poor to afford the cost of this procedure.
